A bet or game entry is confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your Lucky 210 balance. Verbal or informally placed bets are not recognised. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip before confirming — Lucky 210 cannot accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed.

Lucky 210 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe the account has been used for any prohibited activity, or if there are security concerns, fraud suspicions, or unresolved verification issues.
If an account is closed due to verified fraud, rule violations, or prohibited activity, Lucky 210 may retain the balance and any pending winnings. For accounts closed due to other reasons — such as the player's own request or verification failure without fraud — the verified balance may be returned to the player after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations.
You may close your Lucky 210 account at any time by contacting support at support@lucky210.app. Before requesting closure, we encourage you to withdraw your full balance. Accounts closed under a self-exclusion arrangement cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.
